Who we are

This website is run by Flashfulfil, operated by Hexie Tuzi Limited, 3/F Workington Tower, 78 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this site.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, store URL, the range of orders you handle per month and your message.

When you request a quote from the margin calculator: your email address and the numbers you entered (sale price, product cost, shipping, fees, ad cost, orders per month and the results).

With every form we also store the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) and your browser's user agent.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and prepare a quote, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything else.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland). The website itself is hosted by Vercel.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline or do nothing, no analytics cookies are stored; Google then only receives anonymous signals without cookies (Google Consent Mode).

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept in your browser for six months.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be processed outside the EU under Google's data protection terms.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer your request and work with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form on this site and we will handle it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
